  1. I do lists for work, each day in the morning I write down tasks from urgent to least urgent, sometimes it is long, but I try as much as possible to do those tasks in that order, and sometimes I do revise it around noon if priorities change. If I don’t finish it that day, next day I look over the items I didn’t cross and make that into a new list to which I add a couple more tasks. Even if I don’t finish a list in one day, I made it a habit to not get disappointed and always think that "tomorrow is also a day".

  2. I have a defect. When there is work go be done at home. I start and continue nonstop until everything is done without taking brakes, eating, nor drinking. If there is a lot to do, I will continue until exhaustion. My record is 20 hours nonstop. That night I cleaned the house completely, replaced the front suspension of my vehicle, replaced the plumbing in the bathtub, finished rewiring the attic, tuned up the generator, and replaced the gutter in the front of the house. There may be an unhealthy obsession with being self-reliant, to a fault. I require no companionship,

  3. If you have lots to do just pretend to take a break and then do it anyway. I mean that’s what Kati did last year

  4. Love it, but my list is (and not exaggerating at all here) over 3 full pages long of tasks. Not even all broken down into each individual task either. Its insane. But point is, it takes me so so long to even write and remember it all it becomes so exhausting and overwhelming just writing it to begin with. So any tips for how to actuality get the tasks done and off the list and to fit on a page would be great too. :/

  5. I do not get it. So you have the longer to do list on the right side of the page? And then you unfold and whete is the long and the short list then? Hope you get what I mean.

  6. I use a notion todo list and then I filter it through a "today" view which endsuo having only one item a day usually. (Doesn’t work for me)

  7. Making a list is very helpful. It’s especially satisfying to cross completed tasks off. ✅️

  8. This sounds like a great idea! I can still list all the things that I need to do, then do the important things first, cross them out as I’m done and add some from the hidden list if I have more time. This means that I wouldn’t feel like a failure.

  9. I’m a HUGE LISTER, and did get stalled by the big list, overwhelming. So I did a similar thing – but just put an update sticky note for daily shorter list. 👍But it would be sorta nice not to see the long list all the time, overwhelming at times when it gets super huge.
