    in the list I think I need to focus on third one for now and so cause I SOMETIMES DO THINGS THAT ONLY FOR PEACE OF TOMMOROW, but think about it backward, does it really needed to do that for?

  6. This is essential knowledge for new business owners. To Small Business owners especially work-life balance is hard and the psychological burden can be pretty intense. They have fewer resources to manage essential tasks and a finite amount of daily energy to manage them. I teach strategies for process development and delegation (when onboarding staff is a viable solution). Overall though, your business simply cannot override your self-care. When your business is your output, knowing what is worth committing your energy to is essential!
