  1. Thanks for the video, I was looking around for meditation apps but so many had features locked behind a paywall. This saved me a lot of time! (Just a suggestion but having the name of the app in text as you review it would be great and easier to follow)

  9. this helped me find the best app ,i use to use headspace – but I have sleep paralysis and I dont really have the money for the subscription even if its like 5dollars (R50)
